Money is not the same thing as value. What you're currently being paid doesn't mean that's what you're worth. So choose the amount that you want to be paid, instead. 💸

Look at your skills, education, and experience, and then make your case to an employer. Go for that stretch job! Change departments or companies if you need to.

Believe that you're worth more money, and you will be.

Change your energy; change your frequency. Act like you're already getting paid this new amount by believing it in your heart and trusting that it'll come.

People won't be on board with this new salary until YOU decide not to accept anything less. It all starts with you. And you're worth it! 🏆

High in the sky, these buildings seem stoic and immovable. Despite their mammoth size, skyscrapers actually move, and they can move several to feet from side to side.

Swaying is part of the building design because flexibiliy is necessary for high winds. A completely rigid skyscraper would be in trouble.

It's the same with your personality and beliefs. Like high winds, criticism and change can come quickly and rattle our ego to the core, threatening our very foundation.

We need to anticipate this change and adapt to it. Being strong doesn't mean to be like a tower of ice; being strong means to be like a willow tree that bends and dances with the wind.

We like to give gifts that we think other people will appreciate. It's the same with the universe. The universe wants to give you gifts that you truly want and are ready for.

The universe could give you a fancy racecar, but maybe you have no interest in driving stick shift...so why should the universe bother? You need to create a wishlist. Be specific. Be so so SO specific. If you only ask for "more money," you might be disappointed with a $500 raise, even though the universe technically granted your wish. If you ask for a $20,000 raise, then that's what you'll get.

There's no shame in being specific. Many of us weren't taught how to ask for what we need, let alone for we what want. The universe won't give you more than you deserve, so ask for it all and trust that what's meant for you will come.
